At Whole pet we strive to be a trusted source for information and recommendations related to the well being of pets. We answer the questions pet owners are asking but not every site takes the time to answer.
Whether you’re wondering how to care for the double coat of your Shiba Inu, how to stop your dog from jumping on visitors, or whether or not your cat can eat avocados, we’ve got you covered.
We publish content that is well researched and honest. No exceptions. Being pet owners ourselves, we are our harshest critics. If we make a recommendation or share a piece of information, it’s a kernel of truth that we would use with our own furry friends and loved ones.
Whole Pet does make money by participating in various affiliate marketing programs. These means that the site makes money if someone purchases a product from a seller using one of the links on our site.
However, we only recommend products based on our own independent research and analysis. If someone buys a product through a link on Whole Pet, but then is unsatisfied and returns, we receive no commission. Thus we have no incentive to recommend inferior or scammy products. Quite the opposite! This system keeps us accountable and committed to putting our readers first.
The Team Behind Whole Pet
Britt Kascjak
Britt Kascjak is a proud pet mom, sharing her heart (and her home) with her ‘pack’ which includes her husband John, their 3 dogs – Daviana, Indiana, and Lucifer – and their 2 cats – Pippen and Jinx.
She has been active in the animal rescue community for over 15 years, volunteering, fostering, and advocating for organizations across Canada and the US.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling around the country camping, hiking, and canoeing with her pets.
Coty Perry
Coty is a self-proclaimed cat whisperer and animal lover. Growing up his mom ran a dog training business out of his childhood home so you can say it was complete chaos 24/7.
Today, when he comes home after a long day of writing about animals, he’s greeted by his two loving cats Marley and Cozmo.
Bethany Tate
Writing and analyzing data are her superpowers. Dogs, nature, and trail running are her oxygen.
Bethany passionately believes pets make the world a better place. Her world is made better by Nemo, her pet dachshund.
